SP FTW!
Hello blog=Dtoday i went for the SIFE thingy
i thought it was gonna be very boring
but it certainly turned out to be much better than i expected=D
SO gonna share wid u all wad happened today...
1030am: zzz, rise and shine( sickest part of my day=/)
1230pm: met comperes and sparkies at suntec=D
1235: the thing started
Alright before i begin...
u all must be wondering what SIFE is right?
Actually i duno what i really means but its some presentation which is done by
more than 40 countries over the world
They are supposed to like come up with ideas to help people who are less fortunate
and judges will be there to judge which country did the best
Ok.. lemme get back to my story..
So.. The SIFE is actually considered as a world cup=.=(like der, talking can oso consider world cup)
i went inside a pretty huge room which was i guess pretty glam?
haha.. guess what.. representing singapore is SINGAPORE POLYTECHNIC
hmm.. what i can say is that they presented fabulously=D
haha... so after watching the singapore team present..
All of us didnt wanna go home yet
SO... i went over to watch my favourite country present.LOL
JAPAN ROX!
hahaha..
They were like super kawaii la><
no joke... It was a team of 4 gals and a guy
They english was powderful la...
BUT BUT!!!
they were super cute.. everytym they brought out an idea, they would like shout out the name of the product... <3 LOL
hmm.. after watching japan's presentation.. Our comperes started doing our job=D
we met a mexican couple outside the hall
They were really nice people.. Jonathan and elizabeth
so we brought them to eat at suntec foodcourt.LOL
they wanted to try local food.. hahas
So... i intro-ed jonathan to try fishball noodles=/
haha.. he seriously is a chopsticks talent
he got the trick within just a short while=.=
elizabeth tried chicken rice..
ANd they said that singapore food rox!
WOOHOO!
Hm... then we went back to watch the announcement of the results
WOOO!!! SINGAPORE GOT IN TO THE SEMI FINALS
CONGRATS TO SINGAPORE TEAM!
however japan was eliminated...=(
outside the hall when i saw their sad faces somehow i felt sad too...
wanna cheer them up but did not dare=/
Hm... overall today was a pretty wonderful day..
